Guest house design

Upstairs railing in the guest house

A curving pool will connect the main house from the guest house (pictured). Can you see the little window in the far wall of the pool? There's an outdoor BBQ area below where you can watch people swim through the window. Looking forward to the completion of this amazing project!

Interesting bird cage light
The view from the guest house is not too shabby!

Promoting Public Awareness

To achieve part of the Public Awareness credit, we've hung a 6 square foot LEED for Homes sign outside the construction site.

To achieve another portion of the same Public Awareness credit, we've created the website you're looking at! Keep an eye out for a newspaper article about the project closer to completion.

Progress check!

Stone pathway to the entrance. All windows and doors are in!

To minimize site disturbance, we've fenced off this existing tree to protect it from construction.
This is the side view of the pool, which overlooks the ocean.

Beautiful stacked stone in the lower BBQ/firepit area

Wood Recycling

Having a trailer dedicated to recycling of materials is a lot more convenient than stockpiling on site.
